2026 goals:

  • keep gymming hard all year

  • don’t get complacent. you’ve set yourself up really well, but don’t get lazy. stay ambitious, keep learning, and avoid burnout

  • live in the present. enjoy the now

  • stop overthinking

  • don’t try to control or force things that are out of your control. don’t force life to look a certain way. you set it up right — now ride the wave for the next year or two

  • get my family meaningful gifts as a thank you with my new salary(s)

  • be down for things. don’t get “old” and make work your entire life — go out, do things, keep ur hobbies, make new hobbies, and be present with friends and family

  • stay level-headed. don’t overreact in the moment. weather the storm, clear your mind, and make thoughtful decisions

  • take on more responsibility — you’re becoming an adult

  • don’t let your personality and playfulness fade as responsibilities increase. find a way to balance both

  • practice gratitude daily.

  • 2025 was huge — don’t take any of it for granted going into 2026

  • keep journaling, blogging, and writing your thoughts down

  • life is short. live it up. don’t regret year 23. you just graduated — the world is your oyster. enjoy this year before things get more serious

  • be patient and treat people kindly

  • don’t react emotionally when someone is rude, mean, or when you strongly disagree. you don’t know what they’re dealing with and how they were raised. take a breath and walk away.

  • stay open-minded. you don’t have to agree with everyone, but be open to different perspectives. don’t be stubborn. learn from everyone and everything. notice the little things.
